HELP! 1 MONTH still NO SERVICE

1 month ago I bought a Verizon sim activation kit. I have had no service this whole time. Everytime I call customer service they tell me no problem will resolve itself in 2 to 4 days. The last person I told to said that he could fix it. Just keep my phone off and he would call when he is fix the problem. That was 2 days ago. 1 month of service came with the sims card but I've had nothing but problems for one month now. ~!!PLEASE*HELP!!~

First-Are you trying to use that in a Verizon branded phone or one from somewhere else?

Second-If it is a Verizon phone take it to a store and don't leave until it works.

It is a Verizon branded phone. A friend gave me this phone after I recently lost everything in a fire. It is a verizon phone that is why I bought the sims card activation kit
