Galaxy note edge issues

Is there anyone else that is having issues with the galaxy note edge. I'm experiencing bad sound quality and my screen flickers

I know that those issues would definitely bug me with my device and we're here to help. How long has this been going on with the device? Any recent changes since this started? New apps, app updates, software updates, or damage?  Is the sound quality bad on calls, with applications, or all of the above? Any change when using speak mode for calls? Are there an cases, covers or screen protectors that may be obstructing the earpiece? Does the screen flicker when using specific applications, all apps or random?
