I have two questions. First I just received an upgraded phone (Galaxy 6S from a Galaxy 5S) and the store said that my ring-back tone would remain on my account; well it didn't -- it is gone. So, I tried to repurchase it again through Verizon Tones and I keep getting an error message"Error Code:248" in the "manage my ring-back tones" section when "accepting" the terms to purchase a ring back tone.
