i need help! my kids reset my phone to factory settings!

How do I get my pictures and videos back. it does not look like i ever enrolled for cloud storage. can i get them back?

If they were not backed up then they are gone. Did you happen to save any to the SD card, if there was one?

you can find out by inserting it into a card reader and into a PC or put it in another phone and open the file explorer app.
