My display just went....while I wait for the replacement is there any way to view my texts and listen to my voicemails? I am a regular Verizon Wireless customer and the phone was a Samsung SIII....HELP!
glp1636, I understand the importance of ensuring you stay connected while your replacement phone arrives. I am happy to inform that you may access your voicemail from an alternate device. To check you voicemail from an alternate device, please follow the steps below:
1. Call your 10-digit mobile phone number.2. Tap # to interrupt your greeting.3. Enter your password and tap #.
In regards to your text messages, were you using Verizon Messaging or standard text messaging app?

If you have a Verizon account you can log in and go to My Verizon>My Device>Send and Manage Messages
