Help, 37186-5423 in 4g extended w/very few options. What would you do.(share contract ended)

my ($300+- month) share more contract ended; need internet for 37186-5423 (limited carriers, & verizon 4g extended coverage)for way less+be able to view video/movies which i have not been able to because data bad enough.I have nokia822, mifi 4510L& my lenovo g585. (I also have been paying $40 each for 2 non working devices access that i have suspended. Any Ideas? Home type of wifi- installed, separate phone and then get different internet plan? And if i decide to go with another carrier, does Verizon unlock my windows phone?
