domestic data roaming

I live in an isolated area in Northern Arizona and I recently started getting a pop-message on my droid turbo if I want to enable data roaming. I checked deny data roaming until I find out whether I'll be charged or not. This started happening in the past week. Prior to this I was able to use data. Now I can't use any data and I can't figure out how to get it back on. Please advise.

Hm. I did not read that before I sent it. I was under the impression there was NO domestic data roaming fees.

Roaming charges can certainly be concerning deneenae. I would be more than happy to verify roaming cost on your plan. Which calling plan are you currently on? What zip code are you in when you receive this message? When did you start getting the pop up message?

I am part of a 4 phone family plan in which we share 10gb of data with unlimited voice and text. I am in 86503 when I'm roaming. I work in this location and I currently can't use any data. I started getting this a few days ago.

Thanks for the clarification deneeae. This area is currently an extended digital area, so your phone may display extended area. However, you will not be billed for roaming charges. Difficulties with data service in this area may be present because it is an extended coverage area.
