I recently purchased an external keyboard that connects to the charging port on my LG GPad. Since the latest software upgrade, the device no longer recognizes the keyboard. Has anyone else experienced this problem and is there a fix for it?

Software updates are intended to improve the funtions of your phone. I want to make sure we can get you connected with your keyboard again. What type of keyboard do you have? What error message are you getting?

I bought this and it worked fine before the upgrade. It quit and I bought a
new one. Neither work. No error message, the tablet just won't recognize
