I ordered a phone online through the Edge program in October 2014. When I received the phone, I found out that I would have to return my phone that I was currently using it excellent conditiion. Well my phone screen is cracked so I couldnt turn that phone in. I called Verizon and was told to return the Edge phone. I did the next day. I have talked to 9 different represntatives that have told me the Edge phone was returned and my account be credited correctly. I was credited for the installment fees but in January I got charged 299.99 for the phone. I called and was told they see where my phone was returned and they would credit my account. It is now almost March and I still have no credit. Yet I have a past due bill. I have talked to 3 reps who all say they need a supervisor to approve the credit and it will take 3 days and a credit will appear. It never appears and when I call back I have to explain my story all over again and get the same response. Why cant I get a rep that is willing to follow through and actually help me? They have all the notes of how it was a Verizon error but wont correct their mistake. Please tell me what I can do to get this credit applied!!!!
