How do I fix my device after the latest update?

It constantly cuts my off the internet and takes me to a white screen. videos are not playing well. things are freezing up. Alarm and ringtones and text notifications do not always work. Worst update ever???  Any suggestions?

Theismannsmom, these issues would have me just as concerned too with my phone. They definitely shouldn't be occurring. Let's do all we can to help out. How long ago did you perform the update?

Have you tried wiping the cache partition by chance?

http://vz.to/1yz3pc4 - When you reach Step 3, please choose Wipe Cache Partition, and not Wipe Data/Factory Reset. Once this is done, please select Reboot to restart your phone.
