S4 (Lollipop) not receiving texts

Hi All,

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4 with Lollipop. I am having trouble receiving texts, especially from iPhone users. I have noticed this mainly occurs with group messages. My wife has an S4, but didn't upgrade to Lollipop and she recieves the group messages and pictures without any trouble. I have tried deleting the cache, stopping messaging then restarting, soft reboot...Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Back up to your cloud service of choice and do a hard reset. Before you do go into settings, back up and restore and make sure app data and app restore are not selected.
