Hello!
I have been using Android Auto through my Samsung Note 4 on my Pioneer 4100NEX. Perfectly seamless functionality...until today. I can no longer connect my phone to my car. It is simply not recognizing the device and i no longer have voice controls in my vehicle (2013 Santa Fe Sport 2.0L). I switched USB cables, uninstalled/reinstalled Android Auto, powered both my phone and car off/on. No luck. I was advised by a Pioneer factory rep (while trying to get this fixed at my go-to stereo shop) that the troubles are Verizon-specific and due to recent (i.e. today) Verizon updates. Truth? If so, when can we expect this to be resolved? If not true, what is causing this and how can I fix it?
