My EarthLink email only syncs incoming emails a few times a day though phone setting is at every 15 minutes. Outgoing emails work perfectly. I've gone over it with EarthLink who found no issues on their end and told be to do a factory reset. Hard reset did not solve the issue. The other email glitch is old, deleted emails keep reappearing. Any ideas? Gmail works fine.
