latest update for galaxy note 4

First my phone doesn't read the fast charge and tells me it to use the original cord (which I am)  now mine and my husband's phones won't connect to WiFi   and on top of that we went from using less than 3gb per mother to 6 since the update.  Can anybody please advise on what we can do?

Updates definitely should enhance your phone and not cause a headache. How recently did you complete the update? The reason we ask is because it usually takes a week or so for a device to normalize after a software update. As far as the data usage, when completing the update was it done over wifi or were you connected to the mobile network?
In regards to connecting to wifi, have you tried more than one wifi location?
