The Galaxy Core there Calling is coming to Verizon I'd say this Thursday it looks like a pretty nice phone from what I can see and it sports a 5mP Camera and can be purchased on the Edge Plan..

Looks like a nice mid- base level phone.
That is what i was thinking. Too
I would call it low end. The $200 price kind of indicates that. However there are those that don't need the latest and greatest. I know some people this would be just fine for. Id o wish these phones would come with at least 1.5 GB a RAM. 1 GB is to enough. Heck my G2 uses about 1.3 not doing anything much.
You could have just used the link found here
Samsung Galaxy Core Prime™ Available Feb. 26 on the Verizon Wireless Network
It looks like more phone then a lot of user I know could handle, like 1st time buyers. More RAM would be a nice plus.
It's okay for someone who doesn't store anything on the phone. 8 GBS is a deal breaker for me. Most apps need onboard storage.
Great entry level phone for a basic no-frills user such as my parents who just need to use the built-in apps and not add anything, I should see if my mom is due for an upgrade, up the font size so she can see it and she would be in heaven. She is using an old flip phone still.
LOL. I bought my mom an iPhone 4S. She actually texts with all current shorthand. I think my kids taught her a few tricks.
Mom's are the funnest to teach especially mine, when she tells me what she used back in the Day.! if you wanted to send a message you did in a Letter or if you was crossed town from the one you wanted it Delivered to you walked or rode your bicycle if you could afford one over to the person or friend and Delivered it..
Yeah this would be good for my mother. She due for a new phone. She doesn't really use apps or play games. She just needs a phone that has a large screen. Main reason she got smartphone over the basic phone she had. So she can see the screen and the buttons are larger. This would be the improvement over her LG Enlighten she still uses. I might buy this outright for her.
