Thanks for the Lollipop update that left my Samsung Galaxy S5 totally useless! I've been a loyal customer for over 15 years now, but you can bet that I'm open to offers from other carriers at this point! Get this mess straightened out before I bolt VZW!!!

They will have the same issue on the same phone.  You're just as likely to get a phone on another carrier and find out that the update for whatever model you get does the same thing.
