Is everyone on chat sleeping or what to hell?
Takes me less than 5 min each time to get on. Go to Verizon com and go to contact us. Go to Live Chat, choose the issue. THEN sign in. Usually pops up green and go for me.
Done that 3 times now. Oh well geuss they dont want to sell me a phone very bad. I will buy one else where.
What is your question about ordering or specific device question....thats why we have forums, to pick up the slack.
No one should need to sell you a phone. If you don't know how to order one maybe you should go somewhere else.
You have to wait for them to wake up. I finally opted for the 1 1/2 hour phone call. ha...ha...
