I have been a customer since 2002. Had a promotion of 2 fee GB for a year, (Dec 2015-Jan 2016) The promotion was kicked off of my account when Verizon lowered their data prices in April of 2015. I had data overage charges because I was not aware that my promo was removed. For two months I have been on the phone trying to get the promo back. Twice an "IPR" was submitted to get the promo back, First time was submitted wrong, second request was denied with no explanation. I finally get a person in customer service that knows what they are doing, BUT they tell me I cannot have the promotion back because they no longer offer it! I had to keep calling Verizon to follow-up, no one ever got back to me about the IPR being denied. This was the most frustrating experience I have ever had. It was their fault the promo was removed and still they would not apply it back to my account. Looking to change carriers, this is not the first issue I have had with Verizon.
