We have a Family share contract with 2 phones and our contract is about to expire.
Billing cycle date: 20th of the month
Contract Expires on July 24th.
We want to stop our service (without ETF) and transfer our numbers to a different providers.
Can we do it this way:
1. Cancel our service on June 21st (since we paid what was due by June 20th)
2. Transfer our numbers right after cancelling.
Note: we want to transfer asap, even if it means paying for the last month and not using it, but without paying more than our contract period.
Or will we have to pay an extra month because our contract ends on July 24th (4 day after the billing cycle)?
Another question relating to billing, our current bill, due on June 20th, says "Apr- 26 - May 25". So does it mean it's to pay for the previous month ?
The CSR I talked to in Chat said that the bill due on June 20th would be our last bill under contract.. was he mistaken ?
