I am not seeing the PIN and Unblocking PUK tab on my verizon, how can i get this pin to unblock my SIM?

To locate the SIM PIN / PUK numbers for your 4G LTE SIM card:

1. Go to the My Devices page in My Verizon.
   
   
2. Click My PIN and Unblocking Key (PUK) under About My Device.
   
   
   
   
3. Your default PIN and PUK will be displayed in a pop-up window.
   
   
4. Click Close when you're finished.
   
   

You've successfully located your SIM PIN and PUK.
