Ok - I am at my wits end with Verizon Wireless - not to mention Verizon FIOS (another story).
But "EVERTIME" I schedule a payment through online/website - Verizon calls like 5-6 times in one day and sends like three text messages within the same day as well,
NOW, does the right hand not know what the left hand is doing??? Do your payment center actually have any sense to look at the account to see if and when payments are scheduled? Do you even care?
Last month i scheduled a payment and you all canceled or suspended the service even though it was 36 hours out before the payment was to be debited/made? When I talked to financial services and I advised them of this...they had absolutley no idea or clue that I had scheduled a payment online.
I even asked do you even bother to check and search for updated account information? The person could not answer me......which basically tells me NO!
So I ask , what is the absolute point of your online payment scheduling service If Verizon does not communitate within departments and accounts...if all you are going to do is just shut the service off...and maybe again.
I will tell you this, the customer service and account communications within your company is terrible. AND if since I have a payment scheduled in 3 days or so, and you all shut my service off before that payment is taken out...you will not worry about getting that payment or anymore from me - because i am done with you......and I will go to another service provider and be damned if I pay for an ETF.
Get it together Verizon.
