group message PROBLEMS

I recently changed from an iPhone 4S to an LG G3 and cannot receive group messages properly.

Facts:

• 3 recipients – all on ipnoes – all have MMS enabled
• The iMessage is disabled on my old iPhone
• When I group message the 3 people, they can all see my texts, but I can only see one responder on my end
• I have contacted and gone through VerisonWireless online CHAT support. The fix they suggested (delete all threads and reboot) worked for ONE group text message
• I tried using GroupMe but it had all kinds of in app ads – which I don’t mind, but it sent them to my recipients

Can anyone here help me?

We want you to be able to enjoy group texting. Do yo have issues with receiving individual text from the contacts you are unable to receive group message replies from? When the ones that are replying to your text but you do not receive their replies, when they text you are the text bubbles showing to be Blue or Green? Did you have issues with group messaging them prior to your LG G3?
