Great news! The Note 2 does have the capability of using Visual Voice Mail! It's an application already on your phone! You would just want to add the feature to the line. You can add the feature on My Verizon http://vz.to/1ixGsPW Just login and use the search engine, with the word "Features." The system will prompt you through the steps to add it to the line(s).
