I need to be able to provide street address so signal can be tested in area as others in area have same issue. Can someone contact me?
You will need to call Verizon to have a network trouble ticket opened. they will then send someone to test. We are a peer-to-peer community and cannot access account info or do the things that Verizon techs can do.
I experience poor signal both indoors and outdoors. Signal hovers between
1 and 2 bars and drops calls in most rooms of house, even a well windowed
Carolina room sitting a foot from the window. The address is in the 100
