Verizon's six month Data History shows no activity. Current month reporting shows some activity. Obviously, I have data usage every month, but how can I tell if I have reached my Data Allowance if Verizon can't maintain basic data history? In the past, I have seen differing amounts of activity for the same period depending upon what Verizon source I looked at....
This has been going on for a long time! No possible excuse for this, beyond "We hire inept people in our IT Department"
