Why am I able to receive corporate emails, but I am not able to send them?

I have a Casio C811 G'zOne from work and can not send emails.  Nobody at work can figure it out.

That is certainly an odd issue to have! What type of server is your work email on? Have you ever been able to send on your device? Does your work's servers require special permissions for you to send emails from a mobile device.
