How do you delete someone from friends and family and add another person? It seems to be locked in, and it won't let me change it.
Are you logged in as the account owner? If not that maybe why, u can update them on your handset too... in the my verizon on regular handsets and most PDA/BB's.
Clear should be an option on the right side if not, perhaps clear your cache etc from the browser and restart, login as the account holder, see if that works...

Friends & Family is a great feature! Let's help you manage your list gdad1980. If you sign into My Verizon as the Account Owner, under Plan, select Manage Friends & Family. You will see all your current Friends & Family numbers, you can change info, then select Update List at the bottom of the page. If you just want to delete a contact, select Clear at the end of the row where that contact is located. Then you can select Update List at bottom.
