I did an early edge upgrade through the Apple store because I didn't want to wait at the Verizon store. I went to the local Verizon wireless store, not an independent retailer to return the phone. After 30 minutes of BS, they said they couldn't accept the phone and I would receive a return label and envelope in the mail. A week later, no return label. Another trip to the store and again, can't accept the phone, but they checked and envelope in the mail. Today, I received a text that I did not return the phone and I was being charged for the phone. This process is ridiculous and a complete pain in the ass!!! So, I called verizon and after 20 minutes on hold, I was disconnected. Determined, I called back and waited on hold another 20 minutes before I gave up. I read through my documents and looked online. NO WAY TO RETURN PHONE. If I charge Verizon for the hours I've spent trying to return this damn phone it would cover the cost of both phones. HOW DO I REACH SOMEONE TO RETURN THE PHONE AND GET CREDIT FOR THE TIME I'VE WASTED?????E
