How do you clear out system data on the LG Vista?

I have tried clearing all the cache, cookies and moving my pictures to the external SD chip.  When I look in under my storage and miscellaneous data it shows almost 4 GB being used.  I clear what it will let me, but then there's still over 3.5 GB being used that it won't let me clear out.  What else can I do to clear this up.  I've even factory reset.

I see you have some questions about your device and I would like to clarify any concerns regarding your phone's data. Your phone comes with pre-installed apps including the operating system which will take up space. Being that it comes pre-installed by the manufacturer, this can not be removed. To clarify, after you performed a factory reset, did you do a restore of apps or contacts through gmail or any other sync program? Please let us know if you have any additional questions.
