My husband's Samsung Galaxy S3 has a problem with its text messaging. If he tries to open it the screen is black and he cannot see the messages..then it force closes. He has shut down the device and cleared the cache. There are not excessive messages and he has never had a problem before. Any suggestions? Thx!
