I bought the note 4 on friday. Since I got it I've been unable to receive text messages in my phone. I had message+ on my previous phone the g3, and my messages show up online if someone sends one but I won't receive it on my phobe. And if I try to subscribe to integrated messaging it hangs up about a third of the way through. I'm not receiving any texts even if I disable message + and use the other app. I've contacted Verizon a few times about this but still no luck. It doesn't even show a registered device online.

Did you ask if your phone was activated correctly? I'm not sure why it wouldn't be showing up on your account.

Are you able to make phone calls, receive, send text messages?

Have you tried powering down your device, removing the SIM card and reinstalling?

Verizon, activated the phone.

I can still na just wanted and receive calls and can send messages just not

receive. I can view them on pc somehow though.

Yes, we have tried to completely reset phone. Still nothing.
