Heyo, been a customer since 2008ish. I recently got married and added my wife onto my account (from At&T i might add). It turns out you give a discount to the place she works at, so we changed the account into her name. Cool. Except i had a balance on the old account that i wasn't aware of. I figured everything would be rolled over, number, bill, points all that. NOPE. I just checked my credit and turns out you sent me to a collection agency and my account is listed on my report as delinquent. Well, I paid it, and the lovely people there gave me your account recovery center to get you to report this as paid. 154548081 is confirmation number. Clearly the recovery center is full of robots and not actual people because you cannot get anyone on the line. Please remove this from my credit. If you would have just called me you do have my number) and said you owe us 185 dollars, I would have paid it.
