Anyone able to help me with this problem? My bill is paid 5 days ahead of time, I have had no interruptions on my account.
My suggestion would be to fund your Google Play Account (if that is what you are using) and just put $5 or $10 on it and let that be your payment method. I guess that would depend on where you are downloading from though. Otherwise you might need to contact Verizon or the "store" you are buying from.

Are you trying to buy an app, ringtone or other item and have it billed to the Verizon account?
Yes I am, and i read the faqs about it and it sounds awesome but it just gives me an error. Rather do that then fumble around with my card over small purchases.
