I've been searching the customer service page trying to find information about this issue but haven't been able to find anything.
Thank you for your response. I recently went to my local Verizon store with my mother in order to upgrade my phone. We were sincerely hoping to be able to put the upgrade costs on our monthly bill. The sales associate assigned to us could not have seem less concerned when he told us that this was not possible. We were obviously dismayed customers. This sales associate continued to leave our presence during our transaction so that he could whisper jokes in another associate's ears. In addition to this, he was beating his knuckles on the counter repeatedly, he would not speak to us in a tone loud enough to hear him, nor make any effort of eye contact. Overall, a very uncomfortable experience which is much less than I am used to when visiting these locations. This is the first time we've attending this location since moving, and the store we used to visit always had superb service. I will add that the rest of the store staff was quite pleasant.
