Why isn't data usage updating? It has not updated in three full days. Any ideas?
Are you referring to the My Verizon app widget or the info seen on your account? Have you updated the widget by tapping it to open My Verizon? I never saw it auto-update without doing so.
NO. I was referring to the data not updating online when I log into my account usage.
Could take a few days for towers to report, especially if they were roaming towers. Those carriers may not report your usage on their network for a few days.
It actually use to auto update, I miss those days.
