Does anyone know when the droid turbo will update to lollipop?

Called Wednesday with a issue having with my ,"flagship" phone was told by tech rep at good ole V update was rolling out that day could take 2 weeks. For everyone to get it called today the 14 th was sent to 2 nd tier support got a real snotty female rep was told their is no release date set and the issues with my phone isn't her problem I purchased it so itsxmy prob the issues I'm having will not be fixed until update is received others have had same issue and have had 3 or 4 phones sent to them doesn't matter its a software bug and only fix is lolipop which may or may not show up so until than as the nice young lady (sarcasam) told me today deal with it
Been with Verizon since 2001 until the last year or 2 customer service was excellent did whatever took to resolve your problem but last couple years attitude and the service part of customer service has gone away .
So what is the software problem that everyone is having? I haven't heard about this yet
