Can't update my note 3 to lolipop it says error 402 anyone know why thanks
Tips to resolve the problem from various sources:
1.
"I was also getting 402 (even after just about everything you did).
To resolve, I plugged the Phone up to my PC and installed the Verizon Updater software that is on the Phone's flash drive..(it is one of the disks that auto pops up when you connect the phone).
I ran the verizon updater software and after about 30 minutes, the phone had updated to the latest official firmware.
Been good since then.
***Also...Not sure if it had anything to do with it, but I also pulled my SD card out before the update."

EIther Verizon or the Samsung desk at Best Buy can help with update.
