On my Kyocera Hydro, how do I remove widgets or apps from the log in screen?
I haven't had one of those phones, but on normal android software there would be some choices in the lock screen settings
Most of them can be removed from the screens if you press and hold on them a couple seconds until you notice it looks like it highlights the icon you pressed (mine would be surrounded in red for example) and you'll see another little icon that looks like a trash can appear (usually by the top or bottom of the screen depending on software version) then while still holding the icon you want to remove drag to the trash can and release your finger from the screen.
You can do that from the home screen, but not the lock screen. If he's talking about what I think he is, it will all be in the app settings.
Yeah but the OP said 'log in' screen not lock screen or home screen. So who knows for sure what they meant.
I know someone that has the first version of that phone and the software will not allow or remove apps from the lock screen. You can change the background,clock and date Widgets and make a few settings but very limited. Perhaps some later version update models will allow this,I don't know.
