I put in a submission for a trade in on 4/12/2015. I shipped the phone and it was received according to USPS tracking 4/28/2015. Since then I have had nothing but headaches trying to get my gift card. I first started calling the (877) 835-2024 number around a month ago. First I was told to give it another week. Then I was told a gift card was issued but to give it a week to get to my inbox. Then I was told they would reissue it and give it a few days. This went on and on every couple of days until one day the phone number quit working. I tried calling the new phone number but they can't find any information related to my trade in because apparently it was on the old system. They redirected me to rebates but since I don't have a rebate claim number (since it wasn't a rebate) I got no where. I just keep getting bounced around from department to department. I just want to know how I go about getting my gift card. This has been nothing but a huge headache.
