I don't want to start a discussion - I want to respond to some of the other members who are having the same problems. verizon adding extra charges to your billing - not explaining them to you and expecting you to pay without question. the icing on the cake is NO EMAIL ADDRESS OR WAY TO CONTACT THEM FOR BILLIING ISSUES OTHER THAN SNAIL MAIL!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I feel for their customer reps who get blasted because customers do not have a sane option for discussing billing problems. I bought a package so my son could call me from europe - he was there 2 weeks. after calling about being overcharged for 2 MONTHS IN A ROW!! the rep finally explains that this plan goes on forever and ever until you call in and cancel it. she said "its part our fault and part your fault" (for not calling to cancel a plan that was not explained to me as an ongoing plan...) So how the heck am i supposed to know every detail of every plan that verizon offers?? I don't even understand my normal billing - as long as I pay the normal amount, I just go with it. As a widow on a pension, I cannot afford verizon's schemes to steal more money out of people by their complicated billing methods. They expect me to understand all aspects of their accounts and they are SO TECHNOLOGICALLY ADVANCED THEY CANNOT AFFORD TO SET UP A CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL SYSTEM. unbelievable. Let me write that letter to connecticut and wait 6 and a half months for a reply. Wow Verizon - that's what you call customer service?? Horrible company. I'll be glad when I can cancel my account permanently
