I just got a replacement phone, how to I add pictures to my Samsung galaxy s4 gallery from the Verizon cloud?

Sounds like it is done manually by selecting the photo(s) you want and selecting Download, once you select a single photo you can then click on additional photos to highlight multiples.

To download content from your cloud storage:

1. Open the Verizon Cloud app on your mobile device.
   
   
2. Select the content type (e.g., music, pictures, videos, documents) you'd like to download.
   
   
3. Locate the file you want to download, and then touch and hold the file name to select it.
   
   Note: If you're using an Apple device, you'll have to tap the Edit button on the top right of the screen, and then tap the file you'd like to download.
   
   
4. From the available Menu options, tap Download.
   
   

You've successfully downloaded content from the cloud to your device.

For step-by-step visual instructions for using Verizon Cloud with your device, go to our Simulator Index page and select your device from the list (if available). A simulator for your device will open. Look for the Verizon Cloud section in the simulator for assistance.
