Shared Account and Cloud

So, of course, my hubby and I have our phones ont he same Verizon acct. However, i can only acess his phone # for the Desktop App. any ideas how to add my # to the same acct?? (mine is secondary)

PS both phones are Motorola RazrM

Are you using the stock Verizon Message+ Desktop app? This is from their website:

"Yes, you can download and use Verizon Messages on any compatible device or desktop computer. You can sync your phone number with the web and up to 5 additional devices."

They however don't provide steps to do this. Have you logged into the account online? Or searched within the desktop program? You'd be looking for "menu" or "settings"

OOOOHHH Yeah...lol. i have gone every route i can come up with. When I set-up the Desktop App..i was hoping to link both #'s so i could edit them. But can't find anything to point me in the right direction! I hate when i feel comp illiterate..lol

It might sound silly, but under settings did you look at "Disconnect Device" just to see if perhaps add was there as well?

I understand the importance of ensuring you are able to manage your account successfully online tjmully. I'll be happy to provide some clarification regarding managing both lines on the account. With the Verizon Cloud, unfortunately, you can not combine information from both phones. Each line has to have their own Cloud account and sign in. You do have the ability to manage account billing, features, plans, etc. by registering online via My Verizon http://vz.to/1iMZ2mC However, only the line who is registered as the account owner can view info for all lines on the account. Secondary lines who register their lines online via My Verizon, will be able to view and manage basic information when they register their line online via My Verizon. Was there a particular reason why you were looking to combine both Cloud content in one account?

I figured it out

It seems when my husband added me as a Device Manager i got my own log-in...user name +last 4 dig of #

I had to go thur the "Changing of Password", but BAM I now have my photos on my Comp..teehee
