On Sunday March 8 I transferred my service from straight talk to Verizon prepaid. I wanted my cell phone number that I have had for over 10 years (which originally was a Verizon number) switched with my service. I went into the store and they helped right away. My problem is that my phone would not activate. I found out that my cell number was successfully ported from straight talk to Verizon but that my number was pending. I do not know what it means for my number to be pending. I have called Verizon many times went back into the store to get help and the only response that I get is that they have sent a ticket somewhere and that it will be fixed in 2 day. This was over a week ago. I am getting to the point that I cannot handle this much longer. I wanted my cell number that I have had for over 10 years on my phone. I don’t think this is a problem that is hard to fix but it seems like no one has a clue what do. Please HELP!!!!!!
