Mobile data. not working on my LG G3

I have an LG G3 and my Mobile data is not working. It has been 2 days and this is what I did to try and fix it :

-Factory reset

-Soft reset (Unplugging battery)

-Turning airplane mode on / off

-Verified Mobile Data Is on : http://oi62.tinypic.com/35a6vm8.jpg

When I check my Network type and strength I have 1x :

I did not go over my data, so I don't get what is wrong. When ever my 4G LTE or 3g comes back it is faded :

Your efforts are greatly appreciated and I apologize for the inconvenience!  Let's look into this! What is your current zip code? Do you know if any other VZW customers are experiencing the same issue?
