Galaxy s4 screen wont turn on after lollipop update.

I cant restart it on safe mode or anything its just a black screen. was working fine before update, it won't let me charge to computer antyhing.. please help.

I'm having the same problem. It took 4 hours to finally get it to come on. I wasn't having any problems till it upgraded.

I apologize for the inconvenience and I'm here to help! Let's see what's causing the problem. When you connect to phone to the wall or usb charger does the phone illuminate? Have you had a chance to try a different charged?

I have had the same issue. Mine seems to be intermittent though as the screen doesn't come on and I have to take the battery out to reactivate. The phone is not dead since the notification light is blinking but the screen will not turn on! This only started after I upgraded to lollipop

That's certainly concerning. We don't want you to have these issues with your phone. Let's make sure we get it back to working the way it should. What phone do you have? How often does this happen? Does it come right back on after removing the battery?
