I want to go back before I installed this update, my phone was running smoothly before I updated my phone, I didn't want to update but Verizon harassed you asking to update the software, for what? To use us as lab rats. I'm not getting a free service, I expect to have it work smoothly, can anyone tell me how to Uninstaller the update
