Why is the ringer not working on my incoming calls ? I just received this droid ultra refurbished replacement phone .I've checked the sound at the settings can't see anything wrong
Are you using a stock ringtone or a custom made?
I'm using a Verizon
If you are still having issues 4 months later, perhaps you should inquire as to a replacement. I would try another stock ringtone instead of a Verizon ringtone just to see what happens.
