My ellipsis jetpack mobil, is eating it Data, and donot shows Data Usage, what can be wrong?

What wrong with it? I just get it this month April, and almost eat all data 4GB (supost Vzn) give me on my plan. I haven use too much in 15 days!   75% of it data is gone! The Divice ellipsis jetpack isnot showing it data usage? Please , what i need to do? Thanks

I would also be concerned if my device was using a lot of data in such a short time Matus2015. Let's get to the bottom of your data concerns. Do you have a lot of devices connected to your Jetpack? If you have a PC connected to the Jetpack, have you verified the PC is not set to auto update it's software? Do you stream a lot of data, videos or movies?
