I put a line on my account on temporary hold and the website said it would be suspended for up to 90-days WITHOUT billing. A few days later, I received a letter in the mail stating that billing will resume after 30 days. So which is it VzW???
It has nothing to do with the amount of days the line has been suspended, but to answer your question, no, it is not close to the 180 day/year maximum. The website confirmation at time of suspension says the maximum without billing is 90 days, but then a letter comes in the mail about a week later saying the maximum is 30 days, before billing resumes. I just want to know which piece of information to trust. I can upload the letter if its helpful.
My understanding was 90 days maximum, but only without billing is in 30 days.
Like 30-30-30, but you couldn't do 60-30 or all 90 all at once. So in 30 days you have to set it up again.
With billing you can do it however long you want even after the contract expires.
Ok, but I think this also might be pertinent information that the larger VzW Community might want to know if/when the same thing happens to them, so please update this public facing thread once you've figured out what's going on. Thanks!
