Droid Razr M - Settings Password?

I would like to prevent my daughter from using the wifi abilities of her Droid Razr M phone.  I see there is a setting that will allow me to turn the wifi off, but was wondering if there is any way that I could password protect the settings so she doesn't simply access this setting and turn it back on?

tritso, I know the importance of understanding options for managing data use on your daugthers phone. Wifi is not a feature that we are able to block or control from the Droid Razr M as it is a built in option for the phone. Currently there is no way to block the Wifi on/off option.  We do have a great application available to help monitor and set limits for data usage via our Mobile Network called Family Base feature.
